ONE CLEAR PARTNER MODEL

Built for independent
service providers.

Start under your own legal name as a sole proprietor or apply through an existing business entity. Either way, the actual relationship must remain independent in practice.

VENDOR PATROL PROCEDURE

From vendor review
to case closed.

Qualification comes first. Route details are shared only if there is an eligible offer and the work actually requires them.

PROCEDURE 01

Request vendor review

Choose individual / sole proprietor or registered business, then share contact, service-area, and nonbinding route preferences. No tax, banking, or identity documents are collected here.

PROCEDURE 02

Complete verification

If there may be a fit, Dispatch reviews independent operations, coverage readiness, safety capability, and any separate vendor-agreement requirements.

PROCEDURE 03

Review eligible offers

If approved and routes are available, your business may receive an offer showing the scope, approximate duration, mapped miles, and fixed total before deciding.

PROCEDURE 04

Close accepted cases

For work your business accepts, meet the result and safety standards, secure the gate, and submit only the limited completion proof the scope requires.

SERVICE STANDARDS

Every yard gets a clean close. Every provider gets a safe one.

Professional service means knowing when to proceed, when to pause, and what completion proof is actually necessary.

Safety before speed

Never enter a home or a yard with a loose or aggressive dog. Stop and contact Dispatch for hazards or unsafe conditions.

Secure every gate

Confirm the latch before and after service. Capture only the limited proof required—never people, home interiors, plates, or unrelated details.

Clean tools, clean close

Use appropriate PPE, bag waste correctly, and sanitize equipment between properties.

Independent operation

  • Apply as an individual sole proprietor or registered business
  • No LLC, EIN, DBA, or website required to submit a request
  • Free to serve other customers and competitors
  • Responsible for operating expenses, licenses, coverage, and taxes
  • Signed vendor terms only after a separate relationship review

Route capability

  • Appropriately licensed drivers and reliable insured transportation
  • Own suitable tools, bags, PPE, and sanitation supplies
  • Smartphone capability for route details and limited completion proof
  • Ability to meet customer-result, safety, privacy, and property standards
  • Secure W-9 and payout setup later if approved—never in this public form

BEFORE ROLL CALL

The details
behind the beat.

Clear business terms now make for better route decisions later.

Do I need an LLC or EIN?

No. You may apply as an individual sole proprietor under your own legal name or through a registered business. If approved, a secure W-9 process will collect the SSN or EIN appropriate for your federal tax classification.

Can I accept or decline a route?

Yes. An approved business may accept or decline each eligible offer without penalty. There are no minimum hours, acceptance-rate requirements, or exclusivity, and the business may serve its own customers or competitors.

How is an offer calculated?

The model considers planned stops, approximate route duration, mapped mileage, listed service difficulty, opening cleanups, and tips. A real offer would show the full fixed total and scope before acceptance.

Do I keep my tips?

Yes. The model passes 100% of customer tips to the approved business completing the work.

Who pays for gas, tools, and taxes?

The offer lists mapped route-mile pay separately. The vendor business supplies and manages its vehicle, tools, PPE, operating expenses, coverage, licenses, and taxes.

What if the route takes more or less time?

The accepted route amount does not decrease because the listed scope is completed faster or slower than estimated. A material scope change requires a revised offer rather than an undisclosed assignment.

Why can a route be held for clustering?

Tighter routes protect service-business time and keep the model sustainable. A normal recurring route is planned for at least four stops, three stops per approximate route hour, and no more than two mapped miles per stop. Special-response work is priced separately.

Are approval, routes, or earnings guaranteed?

No. Qualification and route availability vary. The calculator is a planning tool only, and a vendor request is not an offer or earnings guarantee.

What if a dog is loose or a yard feels unsafe?

Do not enter. Stop in a safe place and contact Dispatch. No accepted scope requires a business to risk an unsafe dog, gate, yard, or property condition.

When do I provide sensitive documents?

Only later through a separate secure process if needed. The public request does not collect Social Security numbers, bank details, license scans, EINs, W-9s, tax forms, or background-check authorization.
